Alento wine range embodies Luís Louro’s vision of expressing a unique character in Alentejo through local grape varieties. Full bodied wines, with fruity aromas and ripe tannins, remarkable freshness, which gives it a perfect balance.

  • Alento Rose

    Intense flavor of red berries. Good softness with well balance acidity, which prolongs the feeling of freshness. Made to be drunk young.

    Soils: Clay.
    Grape Varieties: Aragonez and Touriga Nacional.

    Made entirely from Portuguese grape varieties.
    It has a citrine color and an aroma of citrus fruits with mineral notes. Balanced in the mouth, with good well-integrated acidity, giving it freshness and length. 

    Soils: Clay.
    Grape Varieties: Arinto, Antão Vaz e Roupeiro.

    Made mainly from grape varieties typical of the region. This wine is garnet red in colour, with an intense aroma of red fruits, well-balanced and with a good freshness.

    Grape Varieties: Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and Touriga Nacional.

    White Wine Regional Alentejano

    It has a citrine color and citrine flavors with good minerality, well integrated with some oak flavors. In the palate shows good volume with good minerality and a well integrated acidity, which gives it an unusual freshness in a warm climate region. Long after taste.

    Grape Varieties: Arinto and Antão Vaz.

    Red Wine Regional Alentejano

    A garnet red wine, showing good aromatic complexity with notes of ripe fruit and some spice. Full-bodied in the mouth with ripe tannins. It shows good complexity and ends with a long after taste.

    Soils: Schist.
    Grape Varieties: Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional and Syrah.
